Juan does exceptional work at very reasonable rates. I seriously think there is nothing he can’t do. Juan shows up when he says he will and is very respectful of my time, my home and my wallet. Juan has done a complete remodel of a rental unit, an awesome outdoor area for a hot tub, made numerous repairs to my home and has added more value to my property than he has charged me. Juan cleans everything up at the end of each day. Juan has never gone over time or over budget, even when there have been unforeseen problems behind walls or under floors. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
